He started his career in the Merchant Banking Department at Morgan Stanley and later became a managing director of Lazard, Lazard Alternative Investments and Golub Capital. While Paul has completed successful investments across the private equity spectrum, he has specialized in negotiated investments in public and private companies in which the injection of new capital into the partner company allows that company and its management team to take advantage of compelling opportunities or address significant challenges.
